Processing Time

Standard Processing

  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships

  • We’ll notify you of any delays

Address Requirements

  • We ship to the address you provide at checkout
  • We cannot redirect packages after shipment
  • Ensure your address is complete and accurate
  • Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable

Tracking Issues

If tracking shows no movement for 3 days:

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look around delivery location (porches, garages)
  3. Verify shipping address in your order confirmation
  4. Contact carrier to file a claim
  5. Email us within 48 hours: info@easytechusb.com

Damaged Packages

If package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of box and contents immediately
  2. Email photos to info@easytechusb.com within 48 hours
  3. Keep all packaging materials
  4. We’ll arrange replacement or refund

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days:

  1. Contact us at info@easytechusb.com
  2. We’ll file a claim with the carrier
  3. We’ll send replacement or issue refund
  4. Claims typically resolve within 7-10 business days

International Orders

Customs and Duties

Important: International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Import fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any other charges imposed by destination country

We Are Not Responsible For:

  • Customs delays
  • Rejected shipments due to unpaid fees
  • Packages returned to us by customs

Customs Declarations

  • We declare full product value on customs forms
  • We cannot mark items as “gift” or reduce declared value
  • This is required by law and ensures smooth customs clearance

Delivery Times

  • International times are estimates only
  • Customs clearance can add 1-2 weeks
  • Contact your local customs office for status
  • We have no control over customs processing

Holidays and Weather

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

P.O. Boxes

  • Available for Standard Shipping only
  • Not available for Express/Expedited
  • Some products cannot ship to P.O. boxes

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

  • We ship to military addresses
  • Allow additional 1-2 weeks for delivery
  • Use Standard Shipping method
  • No additional charges for military addresses

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery:

  • Return shipping costs deducted from refund
  • 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Refund issued after item is returned and inspected
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Address Changes

Before Shipment

  • We’ll update address if order hasn’t shipped
  • No additional charges

After Shipment

  • Contact carrier directly with tracking number
  • Carrier may charge address change fee
  • We cannot guarantee successful redirect
  • New delivery timeframe applies

Separate Shipments

Do you ship on weekends?

No, orders placed Friday-Sunday ship Monday.

Can I change my shipping method after ordering?

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Choose Express Shipping and order at least 3 days before needed date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time. All orders are shipped.

Can I use my own shipping account?

No, we handle all shipping through our carrier accounts.

What if my order is stuck in transit?

Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
